You should really submit your design, it's worth a try!

Great Concept! Though I don't know if it's really possible for coke to transform itself to this kind of packaging, because a lot of their brand identity goes to its original bottle form... but awesome work keep going !

Thanks for the great info mariz, just submitted my design! And thanks for the kind words too.

March 24, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterAndrew Kim - 김승현

is it real product or just design?

March 25, 2010 | Unregistered Commenternhncrub

@ nhncurb, it's just a concept design.

@ mariz -Thanks again, the bottle is up on The Dieline! http://bit.ly/a2fCsE

This is really awesome! You're very talented! And if Coca-Cola doesn't pick up on this. Send it to Pepsi. Someone will go with design! It's undeniably great.

Coke is pressurized; your bottle won't keep its shape.

amazing!! but in my country this design came after few month :((

It's really nice bottle - say it as common customer. Also, i see 2 new profits for this bottle:

1. Sunlight impact less than current bottle => goodness keeping of drink, taste and more. (Knowing what sunlight has make perverted taste because sun assist for nature effect of decomposition biomaterial.

2. Biggest area of sticked label give => Plus for adv-area, merchandising and 4-in-1 adv-area trick: like http://s47.radikal.ru/i115/0902/7a/2021ab8003ce.jpg

P.S.: Sorry about my english... :p

Dude you are mad talented, the design is catchy and not to mention this will be pretty popular with consumers. I mean only comment would be probably to add some sort of grip to make it more comfortable to hold, like slightly slimmer around the middle or something, similar to the original design.

Wow, that is amazing dude. Seriously.

Pressurized products are hard to packaged on non-cylindrical vessels. Thats why all gasses are stored in cylinders

Some things don't need to be modernized. The sexy curve of the original Coke bottle is part of the brand. Keep it. I like it. It fits the hand very well and feels good. They make enough money on the sugar water, they can surely afford a little air in the shipping space. Collapsing the empty bottle... totally awesome idea!

March 29, 2010 | Unregistered Commenter-k

This is really cool!

Random question...what was the font you used for "same classic taste" etc? I really like it!

March 29, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterMarshmelly

hey, so very important thing that some people have addressed, what happens to the bottle when something carbonated is inserted? does it stay square? for how long?

March 29, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterDavid

I'm blown away. If Coke doesnt pay you $$$ and buy this design they are simply S T U P I D. This is brilliant.

I own a vending machine.... I do not see how this can be dispensed without a lot of jams. I also do not see how (if and when it gets past the feed mech) how it will "roll" to the front of the machine to be removed by the consumer. I do not think it will go very far with problems like this (that so far I have seen NO comments on)
Green is good IF it works.

March 29, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterSupport

Pretty cool!

One comment though, rework the bottle cap. It looks like it might be using a similar make as the the existing bottles and they are difficult to open. The ridges do not give your hands enough grip if your hands are wet or suffer from arthritis . =)
