Hello readers, I wanted to write up a quick post on what’s been happening recently. In essence, this is a post to make an excuse for the slow pace of posts. First of all, my good friends at FiftyThree have gotten Paper into the demo iPad units at the Apple Store. You can go check out the app at a local Apple store. What does this have to to with Minimally Minimal? The app features sketches that I have posted previously.
Next, I’m working on an iBook called 90 degrees. It’s an experimental book about knolling. If you have any thoughts, opinions, or stories about the act of knolling, I’d love to hear. You can reach me via the contact link at the top of my site. I may use your quote in the book so please let me know if I can use your quote/name.
I’ve also decided to release the book for completely free. I'm realizing that iBooks is an under appreciated platform and I want this experience to be accessible to everyone. It’ll be great. I promise.
Next, I’ll be speaking at Cal State Long Beach as a part of Behance Portfolio Review. Best of all, there will be a meet n’ greet session afterwards. If you wanted to chat in person, this is a great chance. The event takes place on November 2nd at 6PM. More info here.
Finally, the majority of my time has been spent doing a project sponsored by Microsoft. It’s currently confidential. More info will come when/if available.
